  • Ph.D. degree in physics or technical sciences (maximum seven years since receiving a degree)

Job description:

The main task of the successful applicant will be the study of 2-D materials, in particular, their electronic and optoelectronic properties using advanced spectroscopic methods. It is expected that the applicant has hand-on experience in designing composite optoelectronic devices using low-dimensional nanomaterials and operate its characterization cluster.

Specific requirements:

  • Practical experience with spectroscopic measurements (Raman, Fluorescence, Absorption, XPS, X-Ray diffraction), and structural characterization (AFM, SEM, TEM).
  • Practical experience with growth and targeted transfer of 2D materials.
  • Experiences in design, fabrication, and characterization of hybrid nano-optoelectronic devices using layered materials.
